understand and analyze the Internet experience of our visitors. For instance, Saybyemold may accumulate
visitor data relating to referring domain names, the type of browsers used, operating system software,
screen resolutions, color capabilities, browser plug-ins, language settings, cookie preferences, search
engine keywords, and JavaScript enablement. When you provide us with personal information, we are able
to use such visitor data to identify you when you visit the Website.
1.6. No Information Collected from Children. Saybyemold will never knowingly collect any personal
information about children under the age of eighteen (18). If Saybyemold obtains actual knowledge
that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of eighteen (18), that information
will be immediately and permanently deleted from its database. Children under the age of thirteen (13)
are not permitted to use the Site under any circumstances. Because it does not collect such information,
Saybyemold has no such information to use or to disclose. Saybyemold has designed this policy in order
to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Saybyemold encourages parents and
legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and instruct their children to never provide
their personal information to a site without parental permission. Any parent who believes their child has
accessed the Site should immediately notify Saybyemold at support@saybyemold so that any data collected in
relation to such child can be deleted.

2.4. Storage of Individual Information. Your personal information is stored on secure databases and
servers behind a firewall. Your credit card information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry
Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and securely stored by a third-party PCI-compliant service provider.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase
transaction and any refund that may be requested. After that is complete, your purchase transaction
information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by
the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The Fobia d.o.o. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fobia d.o.o. (“Fobia d.o.o.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Fobia d.o.o.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fobia d.o.o. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Fobia d.o.o.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. If you have subscribed to other Fobia d.o.o. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
